Food pairing

This wine, due to its enchanting floral, citrus and fruity aromas, thanks to its good acidity and nice body, is a perfect Aperitivo. It gorgeously pairs with pasta and fresh cheese, but we like it especially with a Chianina tartare and with raw seafood. Claudia is my mother’s name. I dedicated this wine to her.
